WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
It completely depends on what item you ordered online. To see specifics for your product check the product notes after clicking on that specific item. Shipping usually takes about 3-5 more days for delivery in addition to the production time listed on the product page.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS?
Yes, but only on a case-by-case basis. If you are inquiring about family stones we will need to approve the quality of the stones prior to setting. If you are local you may drop them off for review. If you are not local we will need to see an appraisal of the piece or images via email to better assist you. Please email email@example.com with any images, inquires or inspiration.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, we ship internationally using USPS First Class International. It is typically $16.75 and takes around 2 weeks depending where you are located.
HOW CAN I FIGURE OUT MY SIZE?
There are a couple ways to do this. If you're local to Nashville, come by our flagship store and we'll size you for free! If you're not in the area we strongly recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized in person. We use the "True Size" sizing kits. Be sure to consider the width of the ring you are getting to determine size. Feel free to email us with any questions prior to your purchase as not all rings can be resized after they are made!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
We use high-quality metals to ensure that your jewelry wears well. We've put together a care guide so that you can keep that jewelry just as shiny + beautiful as when you first received it!
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR JEWELRY REPAIR OR RESTORATION?
Yes! We think jewelry is meant to be worn, so we offer cleanings, repairs, resizing, etc. to ensure that your pieces don't take up long-term residency in your jewelry box. We do! Come visit us at 1807 9th Ave N. Nashville, TN 37208. Our store hours are Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm.
