Made To Order Items:

Any made-to-order piece is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, and gift cards.  If you are unsure if this policy applies to a specific product, please email us before ordering at


Ready-to-Ship Items:

All ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, submit an exchange or store credit request here. If you are in the Nashville area and would like to process your exchange or store credit in person, we can assist you in our store. Please bring your pieces, original packaging, and your order confirmation.


Items that are purchased on sale, with a discount code, and all international orders are final sale. Piercing appointments are also final sale.



Don’t sweat it! If you need to cancel an order just email us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once it has been over 4 hours we consider your order to be in production, and it cannot be canceled at that point.



Please fill out the form below to submit an exchange request. We will be in contact with you within 3 business days regarding the item and request. If your exchange is accepted, please note that you will be expected to pay for return shipping of the piece unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages, and we cannot issue an exchange or store credit if your package is lost or damaged.


We request that you allow 4-7 days for us to process your return and another 3-5 days to receive your exchange or store credit. All products must be returned in their original condition.


Please note, we have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
