RETURN POLICY

Made To Order Items:

Any made-to-order piece is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes engagement rings, necklaces, bracelets, earrings, rings, and gift cards.  If you are unsure if this policy applies to a specific product, please email us before ordering at hello@considerthewldflwrs.com.

 

Ready-to-Ship Items:

All ready-to-ship pieces can be exchanged for store credit within 14 days of in-store purchase or receiving your order. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at hello@considerthewldflwrs.com to process an exchange. If you are in the Nashville area and would like to process your exchange or store credit in person, we can assist you in our store. Please bring your pieces, original packaging, and your order confirmation. 

Please note, we have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

Items that are purchased on sale, with a discount code, and all international orders are final sale. Piercing appointments are also final sale.

 

CANCEL AN ORDER

Don’t sweat it! If you need to cancel an order just email us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once it has been over 4 hours we consider your order to be in production, and it cannot be canceled at that point.
