SHIPPING, RETURNS + EXCHANGES
ONLINE RETURN POLICY (for domestic orders)
Disclosure: Wedding rings, diamond rings, engagement rings, sale items, special orders, custom jewelry, engraved items, beauty products, candles and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned. If you are unsure if this policy applies to a specific product, please email us before ordering at email@example.com.
Ready to Ship items: We understand. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can send it back to us for an exchange or store credit within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please print our return form, fill it out and include it in your package. We request that you allow 4-7 days for us to process your return and another 3-5 days to receive your exchange or store credit, unless otherwise noted. If you need to exchange for another size we will consider it a return, so go ahead and fill out our return form and place a new order online for your piece. If the items being returned were a gift, please fill out the return form and we will send you an online gift card!
All products must be returned in their original condition.
You will be expected to pay for shipping upon return unless the item arrived damaged or a mistake was made on our end. We do not refund shipping costs. We recommend shipping all items through UPS, FedEx or USPS. We are not responsible for lost packages, and we cannot issue an exchange or store credit if your package is lost or damaged. Please insure the package for the full amount of the merchandise you are sending back to us. We are not responsible for missing packages.
We have the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Please include original packaging, completed return form and the reason for your return and send to:

CANCELING AN ORDER
Don’t sweat it! If you need to cancel an order just email us within 4 hours of placing your order. Once it has been over 4 hours we consider your order to be in production, and it cannot be cancelled at this point.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE PIECES AT THE STORE?
Yes! If you are in the Nashville area and would like to return or exchange an item, we can process your request in our store. Please bring your pieces, original packaging and your order confirmation. We will check to see when your order was received and if it has been less than 7 days we will process the return. If you would like to exchange your pieces in the store we will go through the same process, otherwise we will issue a store credit.

REPAIRS AND RING RESIZING
At our flagship and studio in Nashville, we offer traditional jeweler services, including resizing, repairs, prong tightening, etc. for CTWF pieces and beyond. Check out our list of available services and the associated pricing. Please email or call us at 615-209-8810 for questions about sizing. Men's contemporary metal bands such as Zirconium, Titanium, Tungsten, Meteorite and Cobalt cannot be resized so please be professionally sized before ordering.
All international orders are final sale. Again, keep in mind that men's contemporary metal bands such as Zirconium, Titanium, Tungsten, Meteorite and Cobalt cannot be resized.
The lead time for shipping is 3-5 days for the CTWF signature line, up to 2 weeks for most fine jewelry and custom stamping/engraving and 3-4 weeks or more for wedding bands and engagement rings. If you have any questions, regarding lead time please contact us before ordering at email@example.com.
DOMESTIC / INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Every order is shipped via USPS and can take 2-5 business days once shipped to arrive domestically and 14 days internationally. Please double check your shipping address when placing an order online. We are not responsible for unreceived shipments if the customer listed the wrong address.
