Department: Sales

FLSA Classification: Part-time, Saturdays 9am - 5:15pm, Sundays 11am - 5:15pm

Reports to: Sales Manager

Location: Nashville, TN

Consider the Wldflwrs is a family-owned fine jewelry store based in Nashville, TN. We take great pride in the craft of fine jewelry design, creation, restoration, and repair. Whether we are creating a bespoke engagement ring, restoring a family heirloom, or showcasing our vast collection, we put our customers' needs first and strive to forge personalized relationships to create and maintain heirloom pieces for life. From everyday pieces to timeless heirlooms, we carry a variety of distinguished designers to appeal to all aesthetics and occasions.


Position Summary:

The Stylist will assist customers in our Nashville storefront. The ideal candidate will thrive in high-pressure customer situations with grace and a calm demeanor. They will become knowledgeable about CTWF fine jewelry, Consider Bridal, and designer products. They will greet customers upon arrival and assist them with any questions they have while shopping. This includes helping customers pick out the perfect piece for their occasion, handling returns and refunds, and resolving common complaints and issues. With a service-based mindset and always putting the customer first, the Stylist will embody the CTWF core values.


Essential Duties:

  • Be knowledgeable in all facets of Consider the Wldflwrs to guide clients toward services that fit their needs, whether it's scheduling a meeting or educating them on our available services and products.
  • Provide excellent customer service across various channels, including phone, text, email, DMs, and chat, to serve customers, answer questions, and deliver exceptional experiences both in the storefront and virtually. Respond to all messages promptly.
  • Understand and communicate the brand story and mission to clients, ensuring consistency with the brand's overall messaging.
  • Uphold visual merchandising standards by keeping the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
  • Effectively communicate product knowledge through storytelling, staying up-to-date with all new products.
  • Assist clients in finding the perfect pieces in-store while developing and maintaining organic relationships. Foster a warm and inviting environment to deepen the connection with our customers.
  • Become familiar with CTWF fine jewelry, Consider Bridal, and designer products.
  • Become well-versed in jewelry terminology.
  • Notify the store manager of any inventory or merchandising issues via email, including any inventory needs or sample errors.
  • Help operate and manage financial transactions daily, including checking out customers on our POS system, sending draft orders, and accepting check/cash payments.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Energetic, self-starter, people-oriented, and motivated.
  • Positive attitude and easily adaptable to change.
  • Highly driven with strong attention to detail.
  • Works well under pressure with a sense of urgency and a bias for action.
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Google Drive, Shopify, and other related applications.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Able to wear many hats and open to taking on new tasks; a team player with a “no task is too small” attitude.

    Working Conditions:

    This is an in-person, part-time position at our Nashville location.

    The position requires a car for transportation. Occasionally, you may be required to run errands, depending on the needs of the storefront.


    Education and Experience:

    • Preferred: Experience in jewelry, sales, fashion, buying, or advertising.
    • Requirement: Professional appearance.
    • GIA education is a plus.
