Social Media Manager (Monthly Retainer) — Consider the Wldflwrs | Nashville, TN

Consider the Wldflwrs is a family-owned fine jewelry brand rooted in Nashville. We create pieces that become heirlooms and build relationships that last a lifetime. We're looking for a creative, plugged-in Digital Media Manager to own our social presence and keep our community engaged — every single day.

The Role: This is a retainer-based position, primarily remote with in-store availability required on an as-needed basis for content capture, campaign shoots, and key brand moments. You'll be the daily voice of CTWF online — showing up consistently, staying ahead of trends, and bringing our brand to life across every post, comment, and interaction.

What You'll Own:

  • Daily posting across Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest (minimum one post per platform, per day)
  • Community engagement — responding to comments, DMs, and proactively engaging with relevant accounts
  • Trend monitoring — staying ahead of platform shifts and identifying what's relevant to our brand before it peaks
  • Content planning organized around five core buckets: Styling Inspiration, Fine Jewelry Education, In-Store Moments, Lighthearted Humor, and Storytelling
  • Content creation for paid advertising initiatives
  • Content calendar development and management — planned in advance, flexible enough to pivot
  • Coordination with the CTWF team for in-store content days based on monthly campaign needs
  • Availability 7 days a week for time-sensitive posts, comments, or moments — within reason

Who You Are:

  • Deeply fluent in Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest — not just as a user, but as a strategist
  • A strong creative eye with a genuine appreciation for fine jewelry and lifestyle brands
  • Organized and proactive — you work ahead, not behind
  • Quick on your feet when something is trending and it fits the brand
  • Reliable, communicative, and responsive — this role requires real availability
  • Nashville-based or able to be in Nashville regularly for content needs
