WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE READY?
Ready-to-Ship pieces will ship 3-5 business days after the order is placed. All other items are made to order and have specific lead times. Please check the product page for specific lead times. Please note that these lead times do not include shipping time.
SHIPPING
Every order is shipped via the method that was chosen during the checkout process. Please double-check your shipping address when placing an order online. We are not responsible for unreceived shipments if the customer lists the wrong address. Please note, a signature is required for all delivery methods. We are not responsible for delays in transit.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
For domestic shipping under $3,500 you have the option to choose UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day, or UPS Next Day Air Saver. All orders over $3,500 are insured and must be sent via FedEx Overnight. Once the order has been signed for, Consider the Wldflwrs is no longer liable for the package.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
For international shipping, we offer DHL Express Worldwide. Delivery time may vary depending on location. Once the order has left the United States, we are no longer liable for the package. We are not responsible for the payment of any duty/import/taxes/customs charges that may incur by shipping to destinations outside of the United States. All international shipments are final sale.
WARRANTY:
CTWF offers complimentary tightening of prongs and cleaning for life. We guarantee the structural integrity of all jewelry to be free of manufacturing defects. If you believe your piece has a defect, contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We offer a one year manufacturing warranty on all jewelry purchased at CTWF. Within this window, the customer is responsible for the payment of repairs outside of normal 'wear and tear'. Past the one year, we can offer repair services for your jewelry - just know that there may be a small fee for pieces that are well-loved. Please be mindful that it is important to add fine jewelry to a homeowners, renters, or individual insurance policy; this will protect against loss, damage, or theft of jewelry.
HOW CAN I FIGURE OUT MY SIZE?
There are a couple of ways to do this. If you're local to Nashville, come by our flagship store and we'll size you for free! If you're not in the area, we strongly recommend visiting a local jeweler to be sized in person. Another option is to order our complimentary ring sizer where you can determine your ring size at home. We use the "True Size" sizing kits. Be sure to consider the width of the ring you are getting to determine size. Feel free to email us with any questions prior to your purchase as not all rings can be resized after they are made!
HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELRY?
We use high-quality metals to ensure that your jewelry wears well. We've put together a care guide so that you can keep that jewelry just as shiny + beautiful as when you first received it! Here are tips on when to take off your fine jewelry. Keep in mind that fine jewelry is delicate and should be cared for accordingly. Follow these instructions to keep your jewelry in optimal condition:
- Take off your jewelry before your daily rituals such as showering, lotion, perfume, etc. Keep your jewelry away from chemicals including perfume, hair spray, and cosmetics.
- Leave your jewelry at home before engaging in strenuous activities, including going to the gym! We recommend getting our Jewelry Pocket Scrunchie to keep your jewelry safe while you are traveling, working out, or doing any type of activity that could harm your rings.
- Before bedtime, place your jewelry into a dish or lay flat.
- If you're traveling, we recommend bringing this Travel Case to keep your items safe and organized.
DO YOU OFFER SERVICES FOR JEWELRY REPAIR?
Yes! We offer complimentary cleaning at our storefront for all jewelry. We think jewelry is meant to be worn, so we offer repairs, resizing, etc. for all CTWF jewelry to ensure that your pieces don't take up long-term residency in your jewelry box.
